19 Candles ships to US addresses via Priority Mail from USPS. We offer free shipping on orders of $40 or more.

International Customers

19 Candles are available to international customers through our network of stockists. Please email us at geoff@19candles for a stockist near your location

Sale items

All sale products are non-refundable and as final sale items, we regret they cannot be returned.

Full-price items

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your 19 Candles purchase. However, for full priced items, if there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, 19 Candles is more than happy to offer a refund on items within 14 days of your original purchase date.
